Rockford - A teenager is cleared of murder charges after a jury finds him not guilty.

Alex Salgado, 19, was the prime suspect in the shooting death of Steve Miller back in 2010.  According to police, two groups of people began arguing with each other on the 600 block of Morgan Street.  At some point, someone pulled out a gun, fired several rounds, killing Miller.  Salgado was arrested the next day.

But today, a jury concluded there wasn't enough evidence to convict him.

A second suspect in the case, Alfonso Salgado Jr., is still at large.  Police believe he escaped to Mexico.
