Revolution Captures Gold 4/9/12

Rockford's own Revolution Adult synchronized skating team won the Gold Medal this past weekend at the National Synchro Championships in St. Peters, Missouri.

The team of skaters from allover the Chicagoland area practice at Carlson Ice Arena.

Revolution had 3 other teams at the competition last weekend, including the defending Junior Youth National Gold Medalists. With a turnover of more than 50% this year, the team impressively took home the Silver Medal..

 

Revolution was started in 2001 by Canadian and World Synchronized Skating Champion, Jennifer Caron; the Revolution Skating Organization is celebrating it's 11th anniversary this season having fielded 34 competitive teams with 9 Midwestern Championship Medals, 8 Teams qualified to US Nationals and 17 ISI National Championship Medals.
