Le-Win Headed To State 5/28/12

Lisle, Illinois-The Lena-Winslow baseball team is rolling on to State.  The Panthers won the 1A Lisle Super-Sectional Monday by beating Ottawa Marquette 6-0.

Evan Herr pitched a three-hit shutout.  He struck out eight batters.

Lena-Winslow will play in the 1A State Semifinals Friday at noon against Tuscola.  That'll be played at O'Brien Field in Peoria.
