Rockford, Illinois-Janet Lynn honed her skating skills in Rockford as a youngster.  By the time she was 14 she was an Olympian, and she would go on to capture the hearts of the world with her grace on the ice.

Lynn recently reflected on her early years, and on her Olympic experiences with WTVO's Scott Leber in a phone conversation from her home on the East Coast.
