(Washington, DC)  --  The U.S. is claiming a missile fired from a drone in Pakistan last week appears to have killed a top al-Qaeda planner.
   Hussein al-Yemeni is thought to have helped organize the December suicide bombing at a CIA base in Afghanistan that killed seven agency employees.
   The suicide bombing was the second-most deadly in CIA history.
   It was carried out by a double agent linked to al-Qaeda who was recruited by Jordanian intelligence.
   U.S. intelligence officials had promised to avenge that attack.
