Rockford Drivers Rank Top In Illinois

Rockford drivers can be proud because it turns out we've got the best drivers in Illinois. That's according to Allstate's Americas Best Drivers Report. Our city ranked 35th nationally, beating out other Illinois cities Joliet, Naperville and Chicago....
The report claims that on average drivers in Rockford will get into an accident only once every 11 years.
