IL Drivers More likely to Buckle Up

Governor Pat Quinn
announced today nearly 94% of front seat passengers chose to click it so far
this year.
Not only is this a
one-percent improvement over last year, but our state buckles up ten-percent more
than the rest of the country. Governor Quinn attributes
