Employers Are Hiring, But Jobs Are Low Paying

If you're combing the classifieds or scouring online job postings, you might not
find the latest job news very promising. More than half of the new jobs created during the recent economic recovery have
been low-wage positions. That's according to a new report by the National
Employment Law Project. The jobs pay 13-dollars, 83-cents an hour or less and include positions in retail sales, food service and manual labor.
