Dodge, Dart, Chrysler, Sales Surge

The Big Three Automakers continue to bounce back from 2008's government bailout and Chrysler is leading the way.
August sales were up 14%, the best in five years. Analysts say the Dodge Dart, which is built at the Chrysler plant in Belvidere, deserves a lot of credit for the surge.
The Escape propelled Ford sales to 13%. GM's Chevy Cruze helped them to a 10% sales jump.
