Police Search High School For Drugs

Rockford - A local high school is put on soft lockdown while police performed a drug search.
Officers brought in a K-9 unit to sniff school lockers at Jefferson. The lockdown started at 9:45am and lasted until 10:30am.
Students had to stay in their classrooms during the search. No drugs were found. Police say district leaders requested the search.
