Suspected Rockford Rapist In Jail

Rockford - A suspected sexual predator is behind bars.
Paul Thurman, 40, has been charged with criminal sexual assault. Police say he'd grab his victims and drag them under the bridge at Railroad Avenue and attack them.
He's been linked to two assaults, but investigators believe there may be more.
He's due in court on the 19th.
