Man shot; Rockford police look for several gunmen

The victim was walking on Central Ave. approaching Loomis St. when three Caucasian or Hispanic men accosted him. One of them shot the victim in the leg. The men fled on foot. The victim was treated at a local hospital for the non-life threatening injury.
