The Fish-Abled Foundation holds Fundraiser

The group aims to
give those with disabilities a better quality of life by taking them on fishing
trips and other outings.
Founder Eric Fishe noticed
those with handicaps often don't have the chance to leave the house unless it's
for doctor's appointments or grocery shopping.
Several area
businesses donated gift cards and electronics to be raffled. The group most
recently took a trip to

Hollis Hamberlin said "That was pretty fun. I never had been a fisherman
in my life before I became handicapped, but just getting out and getting the
breeze off the water was nice."
