Beckman Not Apologizing

Champaign, Illinois-The Fighting Illini got a win Saturday over Charleston Southern, but not a lot of respect. Many people are downplaying the victory because Charleston Southern is a small school of 3300 people.
But you won't hear Illini Coach Tim Beckman apologizing for the win.
"We're not playing basketball here," said Beckman. "You have 12 opportunities (for a win), and that's what I tell this football team. We're going to cherish every opportunity. We're going to cherish every win."
The Fighting Illini will host Louisiana Tech this Saturday.
