Winn. Co. - After being extradited from Tennessee, suspected killer Kody Walsh appeared in court today asking for a new judge even before one was assigned.
Initially, Judge Rosemary Collins was slated to handle the case. But, the defense wants Chief Judge Joseph McGraw instead. Walsh's lawyer declined to explain why.
Walsh is accused of killing 31 year-old Lori Daniels last week. He's due back in court next month.
