Gov. Pat Quinn (D) taps into the international market to boost the state's business standing.
He's headed to Brazil on Sunday for six days. Quinn hopes to increase exports to the South American nation, as well as convince the people there to visit Illinois the next time they go on vacation.
It's the first time a standing Governor has ever led a trade mission to Brazil.
