If you're in the market for a new home, now's the time to buy.
Mortgage rates on a 30 year loan have fallen again to 3.49%, matching the record low set in July. Rates for a 15 year mortgage fell to 2.77%, that is a new record.Last week, the feds announced it would buy $40 billion in mortgage backed securities each month to spur economic activity.
It's a move that's expected to also drive rates down.
