Firefighters battle Blaze that Destroyed a Home

The fire happened in the 200 block of Euclid Avenue in Rockford. Several departments were called to help assist. A storage unit behind the house first caught fire and then the flames spread to the home. The house is declared total loss. No one was present at the time of the incident and no injuries were reported. Fire fighters are still investigating what might have caused the blaze.
