Sullivan Center Now Part of Rockford Public Library

Rockford - The Sullivan Center in downtown is officially a part of the Rockford Library.
The board of trustees voted to accept it as a donation. The library will use it to expand its programs. Book readings, concerts, and lectures will take place there.
