Consumer confidence is high right now and that's good news if you're looking for a job this holiday shopping season.
To deal with the heightened demand, Toys 'R Us announced they'll hire 45,000 temporary workers this year, that's 10% more compared to last year.
Kohl's, Target, and Walmart already said they plan to hire thousands too.
According to a recent survey, Americans will spend $8 billion on Halloween costumes and candy this year. Analysts expect that number to skyrocket for the holidays.
