According to the website dosomething.org, nearly half of all middle and high school students have been victimized online, that's why the Winn. Co. Health Dept. held a seminar to let parents know how they can help prevent it.
One way they say kids can help themselves is by not posting personal information online, especially on social sites like facebook and by not responding to messages from screen names they don't know.
