Rockford Park District Receives Land Donation

Rockford - The Park District gets a little bigger thanks to one family's generosity.
Marvin and Joanne Eyster donated 11 acres of land near Perryville and Guilford Roads. The Park District says they'll preserve the land exactly the way it is keeping the natural setting and oak trees intact.
It'll also serve as a link between the Perryville and Midway Village recreation paths.
