Sheley Motion To Have Charges Dismissed Denied

Whiteside County - A judge denies a request from convicted killer Nicholas Sheley to dismiss murder charges against him.
Sheley is accused of killing 93 year-old Russell Reed in 2008. He says prosecutors failed to give him a speedy trial.
His trial is set to begin next month.
