In-Person Absentee Voting Underway

Rockford - Residents who won't be in town for the November election can now cast their vote.
In-person absentee voting is underway, that's different from early voting which doesn't start until Oct. 22. 90 people went to the Board of Elections on 6th Street to cast ballots.
They remain sealed until Election Day.
