The Sullivan Center Theater hosted musicians for Ethnic Heritage Museum's Jazz and Blues Festival. The concert was also a tribute to the old Eldorado Club; where many jazz artists got their start.

Headliners included Harlan Jefferson, Dorothy Page-Turner and Joey Irving plus a house band put together by Ron Holm. Organizers say they were amazed by the Rockford community and their willingness to help organize the festival.  The event was held to preserve local jazz and blues history.
