Rockford - Update: The person killed after crashing their SUV into a semi-truck on bypass 20 has been identified. Ken A. Neal of Cherry Valley, Il was pronounced dead yesterday at 4:40 P.M.
Neal's SUV collided with a semi trailer and caught fire. His cause of death remains under investigation and further information is pending.
