Update: Driver Killed In Crash On Bypass 20 Identified

Rockford - Update: The person killed after crashing their SUV into a semi-truck on bypass 20 has been identified. Ken A. Neal of Cherry Valley, Il was pronounced dead yesterday at 4:40 P.M.

Neal's SUV collided with a semi trailer and caught fire. His cause of death remains under investigation and further information is pending. Authorites however say that construction set up aalong with rapid changing lane conditions may have played a factor.
