Loves Park City Leaders to Create New TIF District

The TIF would cover the
Southwest corner of the Riverside and Forest hills intersection, and reach
north to the Southeast corner of Windsor and Alpine.
City officials hopes the special tax district would create funds to bring in businesses to fill the old K-Mart and former Sears' building.
The issue will go before city council for the first time on Monday.
