Rockford Man Shot In Neck Expected To Survive

Rockford - A man is expected to survive after being shot in the neck over the weekend.
Police say the 28 year-old victim was hit late Saturday night at his apartment in the 1500 block of 14th Street. The man walked to a hospital under his own power, but was in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
