Rockford Man Sentenced To 18 Years For Stealing A Car

Rockford - A local man will spend the next 18 years in prison for stealing a car.
Cornelious Williams, 36, was also sentenced on an aggravated DUI charge. In 2009, an officer spotted Williams near downtown in a stolen 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. Williams was drunk at the time and surrendered peacefully.
