Seven out of 10 Illinois residents agree, Governor Pat Quinn (D) is not doing a good job leading the state.

Just two years after winning his first election Quinn's approval rating stands at 26%.  Much of the criticism aimed at Quinn revolved around his income tax hike, budget cuts, and alienating public labor unions.

If he can't appeal to voters soon, democrats may challenge Quinn in the 2014 primary election.
