Teenage Girl shot; Rockford Police search for possible second Suspect

A female, 18, was
struck during the incident at turner court and school. She was taken to the
hospital and sustained non life threatening injuries. Officers have a subject
in custody for questioning. This investigation is on-going as a second
individual was seen with the subject in custody at the time of the shooting. He
was last seen possibly running eastbound from fairgrounds towards the
park.
