Rockford Park District Among Nation's Best

Rockford - The Park District is honored as one of the best in the nation.
It received a gold medal award for excellence from the National Recreation and Park Assoc. at a ceremony in California.
The district teamed up with well-known local videographer Pablo Korona to create a video to highlight the best it has to offer.
Rockford beat out other park districts from California, Colorado, and Texas.
