Aaron Oetting has been found not guilty of aggravated battery and reckless conduct.
Two students took the witness stand today saying that they heard no threats being made by King prior to the altercation. Multiple witnesses say they saw him vomitting, dizzy, unaware of what happened, eyes rolled back into his head and not knowing what day it was.
The defense said that they feel sorry for King and pray for him every night. They went on the talk about how King has a history of violence and that the prosecution is just following what's seen on the surveillance video and not the facts.
