DeKalb - Eight current and one former employee from Northern Illinois University are accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the school over the course of two decades.

The so-called, "Coffee Fund", netted at least $13,000 only dating back to 2005.  The suspected managers of the account are Susan Zahm and Keenon Darlinger.  They along with seven other suspects face felony theft charges, which could land them in prison for seven years.

Six of them turned themselves in.  Arrest warrants are still out for the remaining three.

A grand jury could indict all of them in three weeks.  None of the eight school employees have been fired, but the school says their status is under review.
