from across the Midwest as well as right here in Rockford
On the days docket
for discussion were issues like education, the upcoming election and the
growing reports of the use of excessive force by police.
NAACP
representative Norma Joseph says the weekend long event is about more than
addressing growing issues in the community, but rather about creating unity
within the realm of social responsibility.

Ya, well good luck with that. I hope they discuss how to eliminate all the drug activity in Rockford, and how to eliminate the gang activity, illegal possession of guns and teen age pregnancies.
