"Festival of Lights" Preparation Underway

With
over a month to go until the November 29th debut, preparations for
the "Festival of Lights" has begun. With each year growing in size, this year
there's expected to be over fifty light displays. Event organizer Joe Marino
says the festival is a great community event and one that's fun for the entire
family.
