New Exhibit At Veterans Memorial Hall

Veterans Memorial Hall will display the winner of the Veterans of Foreign Wars national Buddy Poppy display contest.
The display consists of 1,367 paper poppies representing the Navy destroyer the USS Cole. An audio tape will also play describing the events of the October 2000 attack. The attack, which occurred in a Yemen harbor, left 17 soldiers dead and 40 soldiers injured.Veterans Memorial Hall is open Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. After hours and weekend tours are available upon request.
