Police are diverting I-90 westbound traffic at Belvidere Rd. after a semi crashed into a large IDOT sign. The overhead sign spans the highway and appears to be unstable. This area is being blocked off as a precaution as emergency personnel attend to the accident and sign.
No injuries have been reported. Authorities are advising that motorists avoid this area.
