Rockford - Expect to see a lot more orange while driving down I-90 very soon.
Construction is set to begin next year on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway. It's part of the agency's 15 year, $12 billion plan to rebuild and widen I-90.
Tollway officials say state tolls, which nearly doubled last year, should pay off a big chunk of the project.
