Rockford prepares for Halloween

Rockford Trick
or Treat hours will be Wednesday October 31st from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM. Outside
lights should be left on for everyone's safety. the city also advises carrying
a flashlight. Motorists should use caution especially after dark. Also,
children should not be left unsupervised to carve pumpkins.
