Community Trick or Treats for teen with rare gene disorder

All proceeds went to raising money for Payton Smallwood. Smallwood has Prater Willi Syndrome; it's a rare gene disorder. Doctors told her family she wouldn't live past the age of four. She's now 14. Kids got the chance to trick or treat. The entire school parking lot was packed. Payton's family is grateful for the good turn out.
