Freeport Shooting Victim Identified

Deandre Piggue, 21, of Freeport was fired at multiple times around 2:00 A.M. Sunday morning outside of his residence, 2586 Stephenson Circle.
Police say his death is the result of an ambush; he arrived home with someone when multiple suspects appeared and shots rang out. Freeport police have several persons of interest, but are not releasing exactly how many are being questioned.
