Rockford Mental Health Center's Fate Sealed

Rockford - A judge says he will not review an appeal to keep the Singer Mental Health Center open.
The Illinois Nurses Assoc. filed a lawsuit against the state's Health Facilities and Services Review Board in a last ditch effort to keep Singer open. But, the judge said the nurses failed to show good cause to delay the closure, especially since there are no patients left.
Singer will close its doors for good tomorrow.
