Rockford Man Accused of Trying To Set Church On Fire

Rockford - A local man is under arrest after accusations he tried to set a south side church on fire.
Security camera footage appeared to catch 41 year-old Michael Campbell in the act on Saturday. Police say it's the third time in three years he's targeted Kingdom Hall Church.
However, Campbell has never been convicted. He's due back in court in December.
