Belvidere - A local man in police custody on drug charges.
Richard Alexander, 30, is accused of trying to distribute crack cocaine charges. He was arrested yesterday in a joint operation between Belvidere police and detectives, as well as the D.E.A.
If convicted, Alexander faces a maximum 45 years in prison.
