Rockford - V.P. Joe Biden (D) touches down at the Rockford Airport.
He arrived just before 7pm. He's in town to hold a rally at Aldrich Middle School in Beloit tomorrow morning. Biden was escorted from the airport in a motorcade made up of about two dozen vehicles.
