Bogenberger's death is the second fraternity-related incident this year.
In March, Illinois-Wesleyan student, 18 year-old Brandon Landau, died after attending a Sigma Pi party at White Pines State Park in Oregon.
An autopsy showed he was drunk when he died. The student's death forced the fraternity to temporarily revoke its charter from the school.
