Beloit Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges

Beloit - A man is in custody accused of owning child pornography.
Tom Phongsa, 48, is charged with four counts of possession. The Beloit Police Dept. raided his home on Grandview Drive. They found a hard drive and laptop containing pictures and a video file officers say is consistent with child porn.
During an interview with investigators Phongsa says he didn't think it was a big deal. He's due in court Wednesday.
