Rockford - It won't be smooth sailing for Mayor Larry Morrissey's (I) re-election bid.
The independent has some competition coming from both parties, including former Alderman (Jim Hughes), former business owner Anthony Foreman (D), and Michael Kleen (R). Kleen most recently made an unsuccessful run in the March primary for the Winnebago County board.
